1. About us

BubbleButtBear is a handmade resin figurine business based in Québec, Canada. By placing an order on our site, you agree to these terms. Questions? hello@bubblebuttbear.ca

2. Products

Every figure is handmade in small batches. Slight variations in color, finish, or small details are normal — that’s the charm of handmade, not a defect. Product photos are as accurate as possible, but colors may render differently depending on your screen.

Our products are decorative collectibles intended for adults. They are not toys and are not suitable for children.

3. Custom orders (“Build Your Own Figure” and commissions)

Custom orders go into production once payment is received.
Because they’re made just for you, custom orders are final sale — no cancellations, refunds, or exchanges once production has started.
We’ll share a preview or confirmation of your configuration before production when applicable. Double-check it: what you approve is what we make.
Production timelines are estimates, not guarantees. We’re a small team making things by hand — we’ll always keep you posted if things take longer.

4. Pricing and payment

All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless stated otherwise.
Applicable taxes (GST/QST/HST) are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
Payment is processed securely through Square or PayPal. We never see or store your full payment information.
Orders are only confirmed once payment clears.

5. Shipping

We ship from Québec, Canada.
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
Once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery timelines are in the carrier’s hands. We’re not responsible for carrier delays, but we’ll help you track down a wayward package.
International orders (including the U.S.): you are responsible for any customs duties, tariffs, or import taxes charged by your country. Unless otherwise indicated, these are not included in our prices and are billed to you by your government or the carrier. Refusing a package because of customs fees does not qualify for a refund of shipping costs.

6. Returns and exchanges

Ready-made items: if something’s wrong with your order, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
Custom orders: final sale (see section 3), except in cases of damage or production errors on our end.
To be eligible, items must be in new condition, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

7. Damaged or lost packages

If your order arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and the packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund. For packages lost in transit, contact us and we’ll open a claim with the carrier.

8. Intellectual property

All designs, sculpts, product photos, and site content are the property of BubbleButtBear. You’re buying a figurine, not the right to reproduce, recast, or resell our designs commercially.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BubbleButtBear’s liability is limited to the amount you paid for your order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the applicable laws of Canada. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Québec.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. The version in effect at the time of your order applies to that order.
